Domestic Shipping (South Africa)
We use The Courier Guy for all local deliveries.
Processing time: Orders are dispatched within 1-3 business days.
Delivery time: Once shipped, expect delivery within 3-5 business days.
Shipping costs: Calculated at checkout.
Free shipping: New subscribers enjoy free shipping on their first order.
International Shipping (South Africa)
We ship worldwide, with delivery timeframes typically ranging from 7-21 business days, depending on the destination and local customs processing.
Shipping costs: Calculated at checkout.
Duties & taxes: Customers are responsible for any customs fees or import taxes incurred upon delivery.
Pre-Orders & Custom Pieces
Our handmade and custom items are created with care and require a production lead time of 3-4 weeks.
You’ll receive a tracking number once your order has shipped.
Order Tracking & Delivery
All orders come with tracking information for your peace of mind. Please note: Jax Goldsmith is not responsible for lost or stolen parcels once they have been handed over to the courier. If you'd like your parcel to be insured, please notify us when placing your order.
Market Collection
We offer a local pickup option at the Ballito Farmers Market, which we attend every weekend. Customers who select this option will receive a notification once their item is ready for collection. If your item is not collected within 3 weeks, you will be responsible for arranging collection or booking a courier at your own cost.
Please note: In-person collections at our workshop are by appointment only.
Packaging
Each piece is carefully packaged in our signature packaging, perfect for gifting or safekeeping. We take great care to ensure your parcel is securely wrapped to prevent damage during shipping. If your package arrives damaged, please contact The Courier Guy directly to report and resolve the issue.
