At Jax Goldsmith, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our jewelry. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help - under the following terms:
Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your item.

Items must be unworn, undamaged, and in their original packaging and condition.

Any item that has been worn or shows signs of use will not be accepted for return.

Custom-made or pre-order items are non-refundable and non-returnable, as they are made specifically for you.
How to Request a Return
To request a return, please email us at jax@jaxgoldsmith.co.za.
All return requests must be approved before an item is sent back.
You will be required to provide:

Clear images of the item and packaging upon arrival

Your proof of purchase (receipt)

A valid form of identification (ID)

Once approved, you will receive return instructions via email.
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.We recommend using a tracked courier service for your return.Jax Goldsmith is not liable for any items lost during return shipping.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method.Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to reflect, depending on your payment provider.
Damaged Items
We take care to package every item securely. Once your parcel leaves our studio, Jax Goldsmith holds no responsibility for damage incurred during transit.If your item arrives damaged, please contact The Courier Guy directly to file a damage claim.
International Orders
At this time, we do not accept international returns.
